Naked Coconut Tropical Smoothie

Desert-island breakfast. Creamy, tropical, and quietly high in fiber.

Ingredients
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 2 tbsp Naked Coconut butter
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • Squeeze of lime
Method
  1. Add everything to a blender.
  2. Blend on high for 45 seconds until thick and creamy.
  3. Pour into two glasses. Top with a sprinkle of coconut flakes if you have them.
Notes
For a thicker smoothie bowl, cut the coconut water to 1/2 cup and eat with a spoon.
