Ingredients
- 2 shots espresso (or 1/2 cup strong coffee)
- 1 cup hot water or unsweetened nut milk
- 1 tbsp Mocha Espresso coconut butter
- Pinch of sea salt
Method
- Brew espresso and add to a blender jug.
- Add hot water or milk and the coconut butter. Blend 20 seconds until frothy and emulsified.
- Pour into a warm mug. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt.
- Drink slowly. Watch the world wake up.
Notes
For keto, use hot water only. For more indulgence, add a splash of heavy cream before blending.
