Shipping & delivery.

The short version

  • ✓ We ship anywhere in the United States and Canada via UPS.
  • ✓ Rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination — you'll see the exact cost before you pay.
  • ✓ Orders pack and ship within 1–2 business days.
  • ✓ US delivery typically arrives in 2–5 business days after shipping.
  • ✓ Canada delivery typically arrives in 5–10 business days after shipping.
  • ✓ Tracking link is emailed the moment your label prints.

Where we ship

We ship to every state in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and to every province and territory in Canada. We do not currently ship to other countries — if you're outside the US or CA and want a heads-up when we launch in your country, drop us a note via the contact form.

How much it costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout from live UPS rates through our fulfillment partner Shipstation. The exact cost depends on:

  • Package weight — a single jar versus a 4-pack versus a wholesale case
  • Destination — distance from our Saint Charles, MO fulfillment center
  • Service tier — UPS Ground is the default; expedited options are offered when available

You'll see the exact rate alongside your cart total before you confirm payment — there are no surprise fees added afterward.

How fast we ship

Orders placed by 2pm Central on a business day usually pack the same day; later orders pack the next business day. Either way, your order leaves our kitchen within 1–2 business days of placement. We don't pack or ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or US federal holidays.

How long delivery takes

United States
2–5 business days
From ship date, via UPS Ground. Alaska, Hawaii, and remote postal codes may add 1–2 days. Expedited service available at checkout where the carrier offers it.
Canada
5–10 business days
From ship date, via UPS Standard. Includes customs clearance. Any applicable import duties or brokerage fees may be collected by the carrier at delivery — these aren't included in the rate shown at checkout.

Tracking your order

You'll get an email with a tracking link the moment your label prints. The link updates as UPS scans your package along the route. If a scan hasn't moved in 72 hours and we haven't already reached out, drop us a note via the contact form and we'll chase it down with the carrier.

Heat-sensitive shipping

Coconut butter is naturally heat-stable, but during the warmest summer months (typically June through August) we ship Monday through Wednesday only to avoid weekends sitting in a hot warehouse. Late-week orders pack on the following Monday.

What if something goes wrong?

If your order arrives with visible damage, file a claim within 14 days via the Returns & damaged shipments page. If a package is marked delivered but you can't find it, give it 48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early) — then reach out and we'll work with UPS or send a replacement. Lost packages are on us; we'll make it right.
