Hot Apple Cider Overnight Oats

Meal-prep breakfast that tastes like an orchard in October. Makes your whole kitchen smell like fall.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup apple cider or unsweetened apple juice
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp Hot Apple Cider coconut butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 small apple, diced
  • Extra cinnamon, for topping
Method
  1. Combine oats, cider, milk, coconut butter, and chia in a jar. Stir well.
  2. Seal and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
  3. In the morning, stir in diced apple. Top with a dusting of cinnamon.
  4. Eat cold from the jar, or warm 60 seconds in the microwave for hot oats.
Notes
Double the recipe on Sunday — they hold up beautifully for 3 days in the fridge.
