Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup apple cider or unsweetened apple juice
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 2 tbsp Hot Apple Cider coconut butter
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 small apple, diced
- Extra cinnamon, for topping
Method
- Combine oats, cider, milk, coconut butter, and chia in a jar. Stir well.
- Seal and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
- In the morning, stir in diced apple. Top with a dusting of cinnamon.
- Eat cold from the jar, or warm 60 seconds in the microwave for hot oats.
Notes
Double the recipe on Sunday — they hold up beautifully for 3 days in the fridge.
